DXTECH's double chuck 6m metal pipe laser cutting machine is designed for tubes. It is a metal tube laser cutter that is very suitable for cutting standard tubes and is positioned for efficient cutting of medium-sized tubes. This fiber laser cutting machine improves cutting quality and cutting efficiency. Tubes and rectangular tubes can be fed fully automatically without manual operation. Fast corner response greatly improves cutting efficiency. After cutting, the workpiece can be automatically unloaded in different areas and is equipped with a follow-up support device. It is very suitable for cutting standard tubes such as round tubes, square tubes, rectangular tubes, etc. Most special-shaped tubes and open-type materials can be processed, such as hexagonal tubes, elliptical tubes, channel steels, angle steels, H-shaped steels, I-beams, etc.d by area.
1. Heavy-duty mechanical structure
Adopts square tube welded integrated bed. More stable and durable, high-strength machine tool adopts 600ºC stress relief annealing treatment, strong structural rigidity, small deformation, small vibration, and guaranteed cutting accuracy.
2. Pneumatic self-centering chuck
The precision pneumatic chuck is stable and reliable, with the advantages of high precision, fast speed, self-centering gear linkage, and strong pipe bearing capacity, which can reach 120kg. It has a one-button automatic loosening structure, which can automatically center and pneumatically open the clamp, with constant clamping force, heavy pipes will not loosen or slip, ensuring cutting accuracy, and can clamp square pipes, round pipes, oval pipes, rectangular pipes, channel steels, angle steels, I-beams and other pipes.
3. Optimize tail material cutting
Through structural design, the tail material is optimized, and the shortest tail material can be effectively cut to 70mm, saving materials.
4. Intelligent control system
TL6120E is a two-chuck tube cutting system developed for cutting square tubes and round tubes (all kinds of openings, cuts, bevel cuts, saddle heads, square tube bending), etc. It simplifies the system, improves the efficiency of cutting round tubes and square tubes, is quick to use, and is economical and practical. It supports nesting software to generate cutting files and can also import step files, which not only improves production efficiency but also saves costs in all aspects.
5. Pipe corner obstacle avoidance
Through the system algorithm, when cutting the corners of square pipes, the capacitor feedback will be distorted and the height position will change greatly, causing the follower to fail to follow in time and then hit the board. With the integrated follow-up control mode, the system will automatically judge the cutting status according to the drawing and actual feedback, and dynamically adjust the Z-axis position to make the cutting head quickly follow in place, avoid hitting the board, and improve the cutting quality.
